Player Requirements:

Payment of registration fee prior to participation 

Registration Fees:

• 7/8 Grade (formerly 14U)          $220 Registration + $25 US Lax Membership
• 5/6 Grade (formerly 12U)          $220Registration + $25 US Lax Membership
• 3/4 Grade (formerly 10U)          $220Registration + $25 US Lax Membership

Equipment

• Players supply their own equipment for ALL youth levels.
  • Several options are available for equipment purchase (limited loaner equip avail):
    • Research & purchase equipment on your own: New or Used
    • Purchase from a vendor affiliated with HT Lax Club

Boys equipment: Starter equipment packages range from $160 – 225

• Required equipment for ALL levels of play:
  • Helmet
  • Gloves
  • Stick
  • Arm Pads
  • Shoulder Pads
  • Mouthpiece (Sold Separately)

Uniforms

All Players will receive a HT Lax Practice Pinnie and a Sublimated Jersey & Shorts included in cost of registration. 

Registration:

1. Complete ONLINE HT Lacrosse Registration and US Lacrosse Registration & waiver on the HT Lax Website www.hthawkslax.com
2. Make payment to HT Lacrosse & US Lacrosse via ONLINE Registration
3. Financial assistance & payment plans available. Please contact HT Lax!

FINAL DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS FEBRUARY 15th 

**if you do not register by February15th a $25 Late Fee will be assessed
